THIS IS WHEN IT STARTED ON THE 2nd OF JUNE 1998
This was taken from my home by the grade school. The winds just about blew me over while trying to get a picture.

Lots of damage was done around the Main Street & Washington Blvd. area.
A rainbow covers the sky after the tornado had passed through. A tractor trailer was blew over in the yard by the car wash. |

This barn belongs to my sister - in - law and the tornado hit her road quite hard with other buildings damaged. |

A tree had fallen on top of this trailer. Owners were cutting the tree up and removing it from the damaged trailer. |

News crews from many local stations were in Perry the day after the big Tornado. |

The cap on the black pickup had blown off the truck. Lots of damage was done to the front of this business conplex due to the tornado on June 02, 1998. |
